Position Description
The
Global Network Operations (GNO) business area is seeking a Java
Programmer/Engineer to support the Assured Command and Control (AC2) and
Mission Assurance programs in Herndon, VA. Initially the candidate will
be doing software development for internal research and development
(R&D) in support of these programs. The candidate will quickly
transition into program work. Some east coast travel may be required.
Candidate skills and experience which are required for this position and must be reflected on the candidate resume:
-- Software development experience 2-4 years;
-- Java version 6.0+ software development experience 2-4 years;
-- XML and related technologies experience 2-4 years.

This position requires that you work out of Herndon, Virginia. Do you

Typical Education/Experience
Level
2 - Degree and typical experience in engineering classification:
Bachelor's and 2 or more years' experience or a Master's degree with
experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an
accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard. Level 3 - Degree and typical
experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 5 or more
years' experience, Master's degree with 3 or more years' experience or
PhD degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science
