SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Atleast BE in Computer or equivalent in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional development experience in ASP.NET (C#).
- Strong OOP concept is a MUST.
- Web based programming is a MUST.
- Experience in AJAX technology is MUST.
- Knowledge of JAVA SCRIPT and J-Query XML.
- Knowledge of WCF, WPF are appreciated
- Self-starter capable of working in teams in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment,
-Ability to analyze technical requirements and convert them to work products
-Analyze business requirements and technical specifications, and architect solutions with high performance.
-Prior experience of working with ASP.NET CMS is a plus
-Excellent documentation skills
-Willingness to work in flexible hours
- Good communication skills and team player
- Excellent work experience on SOAP (Web services)
- Excellent work experience on RDBMS (Relation Database Management System).
PREFERABLE:
- Excellent work experience in .netnuke
- Knowledge of ASP.NET 3.5 is preferable
- SQL, Software testing tools, XML is preferable
- Agile Programming / Extreme Programming is preferable

- Expert level skills in reading and writing complex stored procedures, views, and triggers.
- Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.

- Crystal Report
Other Technical Knowledge
- Work on all aspects of software implementation.
- Demonstrate a high level of teamwork on client project.
- Knowledge of complex multi-tiered Web applications
- Knowledge of design, development, unit testing.
