Senior JAVA Programmer - Nepal

As a Senior JAVA Programmer, you would be the part of the implementation team assisting your lead to analyze, design, implementing software applications to meet business process requirements. You would also help junior and trainee programmers to uplift their knowledge base to the expected level. Required Domain Skills: • Proven experience on Object Oriented Design and Implementation Practice and Design Patterns. • Proven experience on best practice User Experience implementation and solution derivation. • Proven experience on Core Java Patterns implementation and utilization. • JEE technologies (JSP, JSF, Servlets, XML and Web Services) • Databases: Oracle, MySQL and/or SQL Server • Frameworks: Spring and Hibernate • IDE: NetBeans and Eclipse • Middleware: Apache and/or WebLogic Soft Skills: • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with optimum dedication. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Leadership skills Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer related programs Experiences: • Minimum 1.5 years as Java Programmer.
