Job Responsibilities:
Newell Rubbermaid, Inc seeks a driven and self-motivated individual to join
our Business Analytics team. Focused on the execution of the
enterprise-wide BI reporting strategy, the SAP Business Analyst Catapult
Reporting Intern (Technical) will work closely with the reporting
process, SAP BI technology, and SAP Lead Business Analyst. He/she
should be a great communicator and team player that is able to complete
tasks as defined, on-time to due dates, build educational documentation
with a base template and learn the support of company standard BI /
reporting solutions.
Job Duties:
- Functions as a development support to the SAP Lead Technical Analysts on the Business Analytics team
- Support and lead on multiple projects like:
- Development of Info Cubes
- Database Development for a Meta Data Repository
- Dashboard Development
- Web Based Report Build
- Global Development Template Build and Database for storing all documentation
- Review of current standard queries versus individual business queries for consolidation
Qualifications
- Completed Courses on ERP and BI
- Well versed in one or more standard web programming languages
- Web Site Design
- Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate with senior leadership, end users, business SME's, and technical developers
- Excellent team player - Able to plan / schedule work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical skills - Strong design skills with an ability to assess issues and solutions in terms of financial impact, cost savings, and strategic impact
- Flexibility and Adaptability to new Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools like Excel, Access, Powerpoint
