Android Engineer - USA

The ideal candidate will have strong programming and analytical capabilities with no fear of a platform. We are looking for someone that wants to grow both their technical skills and forge new paths with their careers.

Responsibilites

• Involved with all aspects of the software development lifecycle: Design, Documentation, Implementation, Delivery, etc.
• Analysis and programming of mobile applications.
• Debugging and enhancements of existing applications.
• Participation in code reviews and code analysis wrap ups.
• Implementation and fundamental understanding of business rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent education/experience.  Master’s Degree a plus.
• 1-3 years in Android Application Development
• Strong object oriented design and analysis skills
• Experience with source control (SVN, Git) a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Java/C#/C++ or another object oriented programming language
• Past experience with web technologies such as:
  • REST/XML/SOAP Web Services
  • JSON
  • HTML5
  • ASP.NET
  • WPF
• AdobeAir/ActionScript/Flash
• Relational Database experience is a must (MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer)
