Software Development Project Manager - USA

Job Summary:

The Software Development Project Manager is a key role within the organization, handling the coordination of client projects with the offshore team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage day to day delivery of complex software projects to external clients.
• Act as a liaison between our internal software development team and client project managers.
• Help develop better processes for handling client projects and development projects in general.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Strong background in delivering custom software based projects to external clients.
• Experience with offshore teams is desired

Skills and personal attributes:

• Motivated, innovative and ready to take responsibility and initiative in your work
• Ability to pay the highest level of attention to detail and relentlessly follow up with both internal staff and external clients.
• The candidates with prior software development experience and some level of exposure to healthcare industry will be given a priority during the selection process.
