Ruby on Rails Developer - Netherlands

Can you make Ruby sing and do you want to code our Startups to the next level? As a Software Engineer, you will play an instrumental role in designing, developing, and launching new customer facing products from end to end. Currently, we are looking for a Ruby on Rails specialist  for our office in Amsterdam.  You will be developing in an Agile environment with the best open-source tools – Ruby On Rails, JQuery, and Git, to mention a few.
All of this in a smart, open and collaborating environment with awesome people, snacks, drinks, happy hours, and celebrations. Oh, and did we mention we work in the cool centre of Amsterdam, with a big roof terrace?
Ruby on Rails Developer
The role:
You want to get the most out of a system as possible and push the code to its outermost limits. As a Ruby on Rails developer you will help the team in developing new features, maintaining the current codebase, squashing bugs, optimizing performance and helping us keep our edge.
About you:

• You have 3+ years experience in web development, 2+ years Rails experience
• You have experience with MySQL and have decent CSS/HTML skills
• You also have experience with API’s (preferably Twitter, Facebook and Google+)
• You have knowledge of version control (preferably Git)
• You are able to work independently with little supervision
