Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a group of
software developer from the early state of this project to its
completion. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understanding functional requirements based on customer specification.
- Developing technical specifications and interpreting design documents .
- Implementing the assigned portion of the application.
- Strictly following and enforcing agile development process, development guidelines and best practices.
- Performing unit and QA test with other team member.
- Contributing towards creating a fun working environment.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience developing applications using Java/J2EE.
- Strong familiarity with OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis & Design).
- Strong analysis, design, coding and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with software testing principles.
- Prior experience with agile development process highly desirable.
- Familiarity with MVC highly desirable.
- Strong communication skill.
Requirement and Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
