Essential Technical Skills
- J2EE
- Production experience of Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with unit testing, mocking, TDD
- Experience with Tomcat.
- SQL and MySQL understanding
Desired Technical Skills
- Experience using Maven, SVN


Essential Non-Technical Skills
- Experience of working in Agile environment.
- Experience with Eclipse
- Passion to learn new and latest Java/J2EE technologies
- Good and clear communication
