YOU:
As a Wordpress Developer at R.One, you will have the opportunity to experience creative business in the 21st century. Although there will be few office days, most of our business operates remotely. There’s no trash to take out, no donuts to pick up, no mundane tasks. Instead you will be directly involved with almost all aspects of our design process, gaining real world knowledge and experience through various awesome projects. All from the comfort of wherever your creative juices flow.
ESSENTIALS:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, Jquery, and WordPress Code
- Strong troubleshooting ability is a MUST.
- Articulate written & verbal communication skills. Must be accessible via skype for regular checkins and updates.
- Up to speed on Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop at a minimum)
- Strong attention to detail, visually and conceptually
- Ability to hit the ground running on a daily basis, and meet deadlines
- Strong interest in music, nightlife, and social media
- Sense of humor
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with Mailchimp, Next Gen Gallery a HUGE plus.
- Responsive Design Experience
- Experience working in an agency format
- Coding HTML Newsletters from PSDs
- Troubleshooting bugs on WordPress sites
