Senior Java Developer - Nepal

We are looking for experienced Java candidate with expertise in J2EE Frameworks to lead a team. The candidates need to have strong programming language concepts with excellent communication skills and fluency in English language. Qualification Requirements Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or Equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in developing enterprise level application using J2EE Frameworks. Skill Sets: Experience in Java Programming using Spring and Hibernate Frameworks Experience in Web Development with JSP and JavaScripts Good Knowledge of unit testing using Junit. Knowledge of XML and its parsers Knowledge of Indexing and search library is a plus. Responsibilities: Directly interact with US based Client and understand requirements. Analyze existing software frameworks and prepare reference architectures. Manage client expectations and define scope, priorities and project timeline. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Ensure functional requirements are implemented and code performs as expected. Perform code review to ensure coding standards have been observed.
